Something I love about going back to San Jose is revisiting some of my favorite places and discovering new ones. During our trip this summer, we did just that. We ate our way through some of our favorites places at San Pedro Square Market and visited the best little spots in Japantown, and today I’m sharing my food guide with you.
One of my best friends moved to Colorado some time ago, but I was only recently able to take advantage of her generous invitation to come stay with her for a long weekend. It took a while for us to finally get out there, but it was a blast and worth the wait. Not only was the weather great , but we went to an awesome Dodgers and Rockies game, went to our first movie party, and enjoyed more than our fair share of delicious local beer and food. Here is our two-day itinerary, including where and what we ate!
Some people are fall people, some are summer, but my favorite season is baseball season, and I’ am SO glad that we are so close to the start of another 162 games (at least).
A tradition started a few years ago that I now look forward to every year: Cactus League Spring Training. This is a trip I look forward to every year, and today I’m sharing some tips for those of you who might be considering or planning a trip.
LA is my happy home now and for the foreseeable future, but there are obviously some things I miss from San Jose. I could ramble off a laundry list of things I miss, but instead I want to give you a short list of my favorite places to visit in my old neck of the woods, south San Jose.
It’s food. All five places are food.
If you’re surprised by this, you clearly haven’t been following along.
