Happy Easter and Passover, friends!
Whether you are a person of faith or not, I hope you had a lovely weekend filled with pastel colors and too much candy.
I had such a great time with Chris’ family. I baked a ton on Saturday and brought some adorable and delicious cupcakes. I created an Almond Cardamom with Honey Buttercream and a Lemon Curd-Filled Lemon Cupcake with Vanilla Buttercream and Toasted Coconut. I was so happy with how they turned out!
Not only did I get a ton of compliments on my cute and scrumptious my cupcakes, but I also received so many on my dress. I got some very lovely comments both in person and from you, readers, friends, and followers, so I thought I would share.
Shoutout to Chris, by the way, for ultimately choosing which dress I wore for Easter!
I love this dress!
Unfortunately, this precious blue and white striped dress is from Forever 21’s line last spring, and we all know how quickly they bring in new stuff, so I can’t link the exact one. Luckily, blue and white stripes are all over the place this spring (and I’m loving it), so I did some homework to find similar dresses in similar price ranges. Most dresses in this roundup are in the $20-$35 price range, but there are a couple a bit outside of this range. The most expensive piece is dress #6, but at $52, it probably won’t break the bank.
I also linked my blush heels. I recently realized that most of my shoes are black or brown, so I got a light neutral color for all my spring and summer outfits. I wore them all day on Easter for the first time since buying them, and they were pretty comfortable. They’re also quote a steal at $20!

Happy shopping, and let me know if you would like to see either (or both!) of my Easter cupcake recipes make their way onto the blog!
